📦 Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on eligible products purchased directly from theGrailGuard.com.

✅ Eligibility
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Limited Edition, custom, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

🚚 Return Shipping

If you’re returning an item for reasons other than damage or defect:

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • A small restocking fee of 10% will apply.

⚙️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and photos of the issue.
    Once verified, we’ll cover return shipping and issue a replacement or full refund.

Note: Cosmetic damage to shipping packaging does not qualify as a defect.

💳 Refunds
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return is approved.

  • Return shipping costs and initial shipping fees are deducted from the refund.

  • Please allow extra time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Limited or promotional products

💎 Limited Warranty Coverage

All Grail Guard products are backed by a 30-day limited warranty against:

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Breakage or failure caused by normal, intended use

If your product fails due to a manufacturing issue within 30 days of purchase, we’ll replace it or issue a refund at our discretion.

⚙️ Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for warranty service:

  • Product must be purchased directly from www.theGrailGuard.com

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required

  • The product must be installed and used according to our instructions

🚫 Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by improper installation or removal

  • Drops, impacts, or misuse

  • Exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or chemicals

  • Use with non-compatible slabs or products

  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, scuffs, or wear from regular handling)

  • Third-party purchases or resales (eBay, Amazon, or local shows)

🔁 Warranty Process
  1. Contact us within 30 days of your order via Contact Us Page.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. Once verified, we’ll provide a replacement or refund based on product availability.

All replacements are shipped free of charge once the issue is approved.
