At Grail Guard, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and affordably. Each order is packaged with care to ensure your grails are protected from the moment they leave our facility.
1. Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PST) may begin processing the next business day.
If we experience a high order volume or a temporary product delay, processing times may extend slightly. We’ll always notify you by email if your order is delayed beyond the expected window.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (U.S.) Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather conditions, customs inspections, or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Carriers
We currently ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location.
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
If you don’t see tracking updates after 3 business days, please reach out via our Contact Us Page.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, we can issue a refund minus any shipping costs or reship the package for an additional shipping fee.
6. International Orders
We ship internationally to most countries.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local authorities.
If a customer refuses delivery or declines to pay customs fees, the package may be disposed of or returned to sender. No refunds will be issued for refused international deliveries.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.
If your order appears lost or delayed:

Check your tracking information and local post office first.

Contact us if your order hasn’t arrived 15 business days after shipment (domestic) or 30 business days (international).
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll work with you to provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Grail Guard is not liable for damage caused during transit, theft after delivery, or incorrect delivery confirmed by tracking.
8. Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on stock availability. You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment.
9. Preorders & Limited Drops
For preorder or limited-edition items, estimated shipping windows will be clearly stated on the product page.
Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items are in stock unless otherwise stated.
